Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent / CIPD certification
- Prepare and update manpower supply agreements with recruitment agencies approved by the relevant government authorities.
- Study and identify the most effective recruitment channels and methods to ensure fast service delivery while minimizing costs.
- Coordinate with all departments to define selection criteria and job requirements in job advertisements, in line with job descriptions and the Civil Service Law.
- Establish strong professional relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and advertising platforms, and draft job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Oversee the preparation of criteria tables for recruitment needs and coordinate with newspaper agencies to publish job vacancies for the municipality.
- Establish and maintain a database of applicants for future use, and review and enhance systems that facilitate classification and easy retrieval of applications.
- Supervise the screening and evaluation of CVs, prepare candidate shortlists, and schedule interviews.
- Prepare and coordinate interview arrangements with relevant stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are ready.
- Ensure recruitment procedures comply with the Civil Service Law and internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review job offers and employment contracts in coordination with the Legal Affairs and Legislation Department, ensuring compliance with the Civil Service Law.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees to familiarize them with internal regulations and support their integration, creating a positive first impression of the work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR procedures and methodologies.
