About The Role
Easy Key Real Estate is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Recruiter to support our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in real estate recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Support daily HR operations and internal coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 6 **months to 1 year of HR/recruitment experience in Dubai’s real estate sector (mandatory)**
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Good understanding of HR processes and UAE labor laws
- Available to join immediately
