Role overview
Recruitment Specialist responsible for full-cycle hiring, including recruitment of engineering and senior-level professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
- Recruit engineers across various disciplines and senior-level professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for technical, managerial, and leadership positions.
Requirements
- At least two years of recruitment experience is required.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 6,000–7,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
