Key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of appropriate control measures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.
- Monitor PPE use and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Prepare HSE reports, inspection records, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with project management and site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of safety observations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous HSE experience, preferably in construction or project environments.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation procedures.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications are preferred.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work on-site and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

- Pay is SAR 7,000–9,000 per month.
