Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 12 years of experience in planning and monitoring construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience preparing and updating baseline schedules and performing delay analysis.
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports and performance indicators, including S-Curve and EVM.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Saudi Council of Engineers membership is required.
- Previous experience on projects within the Kingdom is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update the project master schedule.
- Monitor work progress and compare actual progress with planned progress.
- Develop recovery plans when project delays occur.
- Coordinate with the project manager, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare Extension of Time claims and support them with technical analysis.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from SAR 3,000 to SAR 7,000 per month.
