Recruitment Specialist
About This Role
Mai Dubai is one of the fastest-growing beverage companies in the region, known for innovation, quality, and a passion for excellence. As we continue to expand our business and portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across all departments.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and compliance with policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment tools, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
