We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the HR team.
The role focuses primarily on sales recruitment and managing mass recruitment campaigns, as well as posting job advertisements and executing recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates mainly for sales positions.
- Plan and execute mass recruitment initiatives.
- Publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and manage recruitment campaigns.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably sales hiring.
- Experience in mass hiring / mass recruitment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
