About This Role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Business/Data Analyst** with a strong background in **Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Dynamics 365** to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain **advanced Power BI dashboards and reports**
- Translate complex business requirements into **meaningful insights and visualizations**
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define **KPIs and reporting frameworks**
- Ensure **high accuracy, data integrity, and consistency** in reporting
- Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency
Technical Skills
- **Expert-level Power BI** (dashboard development, data modeling, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of **DAX formulas**
- Proficiency in **Python** (data handling, automation, analysis)
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365**
- Strong **SQL** skills for querying and data manipulation
- Experience with **Power Query** (ETL, data transformation)
- Advanced **Excel** (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Pivot, dashboards)
Core Competencies

- Ability to handle **large and complex datasets**
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of business processes and reporting needs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
**Location:** Dubai
**Experience:** **Minimum 4 years required**
