About This Role
Melodica Group DMCC is looking for an experienced and strategic Recruitment Head to lead and manage the company’s Talent Acquisition department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment function, managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring strategies, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ recruiters
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and branches
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Monitor and ensure achievement of hiring KPIs such as:
- Time to hire
- Hiring targets
- Recruitment turnaround time
- Improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
- Handle workforce planning and hiring forecasts with leadership
- Train, mentor, and support the recruitment team
- Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience
- Support bulk hiring and international recruitment campaigns when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Previous experience managing a recruitment team is mandatory
- Recruitment agency background preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in bulk hiring and handling multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and highly organized
- Experience in international hiring is an advantage
