Responsibilities
- Manage domestic worker recruitment from Indonesia, Myanmar, and Nepal; source suitable candidates and review CVs, passports, and other documents.
- Build relationships with overseas agencies and coordinate candidate availability, profiles, documentation, and deployment.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, and recruitment approvals; follow up on employment documents, visa processing, and deployment schedules.
- Monitor timelines and candidate standards; negotiate recruitment costs, agency terms, and replacement or guarantee conditions.
- Maintain recruitment records, report to management, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and applicable source-country requirements.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience; Tadbeer center or domestic worker agency experience is preferred.
- Experience recruiting from Indonesia, Myanmar, and Nepal; agency contacts in these countries are advantageous.
- Knowledge of UAE domestic worker recruitment procedures and documentation.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and organizational skills; ability to meet recruitment targets.
- English proficiency required; relevant additional languages are advantageous.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
