Job Purpose
Execute the full recruitment cycle to fulfill Panda's hiring needs per the approved manpower plan for regional local Recruitment L1 and L2.
Use proper recruitment channels and implement the assigned recruitment plan.
Position Panda as employer of choice through proposing and participating in local recruitment events and conducting onboarding.
Key Accountabilities
- Maximize service level by understanding manpower requirements and providing timely service.
- Set and execute regional recruitment action plans including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing logistics.
- Implement the full recruitment cycle in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and follow up on technical interviews with technical managers.
- Implement the onboarding process from employment form through joining date.
- Ensure continuous communication and regular follow-up with candidates.
- Maximize candidate flow on the Panda career page through job posting.
- Implement the internal job posting process including posting, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Liaise with local agencies, colleges, institutions, and universities.
- Coordinate and participate in local recruitment events.
- Handle the seasonal recruitment process.
- Update, monitor, and maintain the applications database and weekly recruitment reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant major.
Key Competencies
- Ability to influence internal clients and hiring teams on staffing-related decisions.
- Strong computer skills.
- Data analytics, problem solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience within a Retail/FMCG setting is preferred.
