Coordinate cross-functional activities and process optimization while maintaining data accuracy to support commercial execution and decision-making.
Key accountabilities
- Analyze performance across categories, channels, and initiatives to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Apply commercial excellence standards, guidelines, and methodologies to support consistent execution.
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards and report progress, gaps, and risks against targets.
- Coordinate improvement work with Category Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Document processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimization actions.
- Support change implementation and stakeholder alignment.
- Benchmark internal performance against industry practices and maintain accurate reporting data.
Skills and education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in strategy formulation, data analytics, and/or performance reporting.
- Computer skills and excellent ability to work with data-visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
