Provide technical expertise and leadership for the design, development, and execution of assigned projects.
Ensure projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality.
Key accountabilities
- Lead project planning and execution; coordinate resources and teams; develop plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Engage stakeholders and internal departments to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align projects with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance with KPIs and dashboards; manage risks and ensure compliance with company standards and governance.
- Coach and mentor project team members to improve capabilities and project delivery.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 6–8 years of project management experience involving business initiatives and projects in a recognized firm.
Key competencies
- Working knowledge of project life cycles and project management.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization and with third parties.
- International work experience and retail-industry exposure are preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills.
