Recruitment Manager

to lead their talent acquisition function.

permanent position ideal for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to meet its strategic objectives.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's workforce and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition and sourcing through to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand departmental needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and industry events.
  • Analyse recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and produce regular reports for management.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other vendors.
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring all applicants are treated with professionalism and respect.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Recruitment Manager or in a senior talent acquisition role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market and labour regulations is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
