Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Qureos.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and establishing strategic partnerships within the region.

This is a

position ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for the education technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and educational institutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability and mutual success.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure our offerings are aligned with market demands.
  • Represent Qureos at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and vision.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably within the EdTech or technology sector.
  • A strong and demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office suite.
  • The ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships at all levels.
  • A solid understanding of the business landscape in Dubai and the wider UAE.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for education, learning, and professional development.
