Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across various functions.
• Manage recruitment for mid-level, senior, and head-level positions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer management, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices within the UAE.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment within the UAE is essential.
• Strong experience hiring for mid-management, senior, and leadership-level roles.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to building a long-term career within an organisation.
• Candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period will be highly preferred.
