Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and social media
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
- Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and onboarding documentation
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding hiring updates and requirements
- Support recruitment drives, bulk hiring, and employer branding activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in agency or corporate recruitment preferred
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
- UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage
