Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy opening through candidate selection.
• Manage recruitment activities in accordance with company recruitment procedures.
• Ensure internal candidates are handled according to the internal recruitment process.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Review CVs and applications against job requirements to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, language proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.
• Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Schedule interviews between candidates, HR representatives, and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details, confirmations, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Keep candidates informed of their application status and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, vacancy status reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant with company procedures.
• Experience and Qualifications
• Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related field. The position requires an individual who can effectively coordinate recruitment activities and manage candidate interactions.
