Role overview
The Operations Officer coordinates day-to-day pest control services, including appointments, technician dispatch, treatment delivery, and client follow-up.
The role works across operations, sales, client service, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Schedule client appointments, dispatch technician teams, and prepare daily on-site schedules.
- Ensure treatments are carried out as planned and teams have the right quantities of chemical and non-chemical products; monitor usage.
- Resolve client callbacks within 48 hours, coordinate with sales on new clients, and maintain accurate client data in company systems.
- Review treatment reports and take action where needed; conduct customer satisfaction checks and field audits for health and safety.
- Advise clients on pests, sanitation, pest proofing, and suitable treatments.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agribusiness, environmental science, or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in operations or a relevant field.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong organization are required.
- Experience in pest control, facilities, or field service operations is an advantage.
