We are looking for a commercially driven
Recruitment Consultant
to grow new client relationships and drive revenue across the UAE and Middle East.
This is a sales-led role for someone resilient, motivated, and passionate about working with people.
What You Will Do
- Win new recruitment business and build a strong sales pipeline
- Engage senior decision-makers with solution-led sales conversations
- Secure recruitment mandates and manage client relationships
- Work with delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Leverage networks and market presence to generate opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- Agency recruitment experience with a strong sales focus
- Proven resilience and commercial drive
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
- Enjoyment of relationship-building and business development
What Success Looks Like
- 3 Months: Active pipeline and market presence
- 6 Months: Revenue-generating clients
- 12 Months: Consistent billings and repeat business
