Overview
Norman Alex is an international recruitment company established in Monaco nearly 30 years ago.
We have offices in France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the US and established a presence in Dubai last year.
We're focused on mid-level and senior recruitment with a focus in the financial services and technology sectors.
We're looking to recuit a young consultant to work with our local manager with the following responsibilities for the region:
1) development of new clients
2) identification of interesting candidates
3) execution of recruitment mandates
4) development of AI tools
You should have an initial experience of 2-5 years in the recruitment sector, be a proven business developer and speak fluent English.
A working knowledge of Arabic would be a definite plus.
