Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the complete 360° recruitment cycle, along with business development and revenue generation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – client onboarding, requirement understanding, sourcing, interviewing, and placement closure
- Identifying and onboarding new clients across various industries and markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Understanding client hiring needs and delivering suitable recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple roles and sectors
- Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process until successful onboarding
- Driving revenue through placements, client acquisition, and business development
- Exploring new markets and expanding business opportunities globally
- Developing and managing international partner networks (agents, associates, recruiters)
- Maintaining accurate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
- Achieving monthly and quarterly performance targets
Requirements
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates (recruitment/sales experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
