As we continue to scale our GCC presence, we’re looking for driven, communicative individuals to join our Interim Desk and support our continued growth.

The Role

This is an entry-level opportunity to join a high-performing contract recruitment desk. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting delivery while learning the fundamentals of recruitment in a commercially driven environment.

You’ll be heavily involved in candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship management, playing a key role in placing contractors across the GCC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the phone, thrive in high-energy environments, and are motivated by targets and progression. With structured training and ongoing coaching, you’ll quickly develop into a full 360 consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates for contract opportunities across the GCC
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and candidate interactions daily
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Support consultants on live roles and urgent hiring requirements
• Write and post job adverts, and proactively headhunt talent
• Keep candidate pipelines organised and up to date
• Learn market insights, client requirements, and recruitment best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• A genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and working with people
• Experience in sales, telesales, call centers, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
• Energetic, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and progress
• Fluent English
