Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Specialist with deep end-to-end recruitment expertise and strong knowledge of the Saudi labor market.

The ideal candidate will manage the complete hiring lifecycle, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations while delivering high-quality talent across multiple roles.

Key Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/final interviews.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and GOSI requirements.
  • Handle offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for onboarding documentation.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies when required.
  • Have managed workforce planning

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ yrs of recruitment experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi hiring practices, Saudization, and labor regulations.
  • Proven experience hiring across multiple levels (blue collar to professional roles).
  • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Proficient in ATS systems, MS Excel, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in construction, manpower, facilities management, or corporate hiring.
  • Existing candidate network in KSA.
  • Immediate or short notice availability.
