We're looking for a skilled Civil Technician to support the seamless deployment of fiber optic networks across our project sites.
About the Role
You'll be working on the ground — conducting site surveys, supporting construction teams, and ensuring every civil work meets our quality and safety benchmarks.

What You'll Do
- Conduct site surveys to assess land conditions, elevations, and existing structures; perform regular inspections for compliance with design plans and regulations
- Collect, compile, and analyze site data, materials, and project specifications to support engineering designs
- Assist in testing construction materials (concrete, soil) against quality standards and project specifications
- Monitor on-site construction progress, ensure alignment with design plans, and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of survey results, inspections, and material testing; prepare reports for engineers and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 🎓 Education
- Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or Telecommunications Infrastructure
- 📜 Certifications
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
- *(preferred)*
- Engineer in Training (EIT)
- *(preferred)*
- AutoCAD / Civil 3D, Concrete & Soil Testing, or Surveying certifications are a plus
- 🛠️ Technical Skills
- Site Surveying & Mapping \| AutoCAD / Civil 3D Drafting
• Construction Material Testing (Soil & Concrete)
- Site Inspection & Compliance \| Health & Safety Standards
- Project Documentation & Reporting \| Geotechnical & Structural Knowledge
- 🤝 Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Effective communicator and team player
- Excellent time management in fast-paced environments
