Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process for Real Estate Agents and Property Consultants.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the sales management team.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain candidate records.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in Dubai.
- Prior experience hiring Real Estate Agents in Dubai is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and networking skills.
- Ability to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
