IND Global Real Estate is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager – Sales to lead, mentor, and grow a team of Real Estate Associates.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in real estate sales, team management, recruitment, and revenue generation, with the ability to drive performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8+ Real Estate Associates.
- Drive team sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
- Support associates in client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor market trends, developer launches, and competitor activities.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Real Estate Sales experience in the UAE.
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience managing 8 or more sales associates.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property market.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Existing broker network and developer relationships will be an advantage.
