Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Advise clients on property sales, purchases, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage and grow your client portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business Development, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- **Salary:** AED 3,000 – AED 7,000 per month
- Attractive commission structure
- No earning cap for exceptional performers
