An established UAE real estate developer is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own recruitment across the business.
The role focuses on identifying real estate talent and understanding the UAE property market.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through effective channels and advertising platforms.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the selection process.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment end to end, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 3 years of proven recruitment experience with a UAE real estate developer.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market and talent landscape.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment end to end.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven approach.
