Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead six external marketing contractors and manage their priorities, accountability, and performance.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with bloggers, influencers, brands, and external partners.
• Evaluate campaign, partnership, and promotional effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyze marketing data, conversion metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize results.
• Oversee social media strategy and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate responses to social media account restrictions and suspensions with platform support and specialists.
• Monitor UAE and GCC market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across channels.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of marketing experience, including marketing-team leadership and management.
• Experience at internationally recognized, well-established companies is essential.
• At least 3 years of professional UAE experience and strong local-market knowledge; wider GCC knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Experience managing external agencies, contractors, influencers, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and performance marketing.
• Ability to develop strategies and deliver measurable business results.
• Healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or related-industry experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent Russian is essential.
• Must be based in Dubai.
