The position focuses on opening new client relationships, converting opportunities, and growing recruitment services across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Identify UAE companies with current or upcoming hiring needs and build a prospect pipeline.
- Research expansion, new locations, business launches, and hiring activity.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct client meetings and understand talent requirements.
- Convert opportunities into recruitment assignments and framework agreements.
- Work with the recruitment team to deliver vacancies successfully.
- Develop long-term client relationships, repeat business, and new relationships that support company expansion.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of prior industry-related business development experience in the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
- Strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Focused and goal-oriented approach.
