Overview
- Managing the entire hiring lifecycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to negotiating job offers and coordinating onboarding to ensure a company's staffing needs are successfully met.
- Design effective hiring strategies, utilize professional networks (like LinkedIn), post to job boards, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified, passive, and active candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates on their hard skills, experience, and cultural fit to create a refined shortlist.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage assessments, and guide candidates through the interview process.
- Facilitate salary and benefit negotiations, ensuring compensation packages align with both the candidate's expectations and organizational budget.
- Guide new hires through joining formalities, background verification, and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate recruitment logs, report on metrics such as time-to-fill, and analyze local or international salary trends.
- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to local labor laws and employment legislation, including specific regional requirements (such as MOHRE guidelines in the United Arab Emirates).
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
