Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and offers across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other channels; screen and interview candidates.
• Build pipelines, communicate with candidates, present shortlisted candidates with feedback, and coordinate interviews and decisions.
• Act as a trusted contact for candidates and hiring managers; support offers, hiring, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment activity, and requisitions in Workable; monitor pipeline activity and timelines.
• Identify process and sourcing improvements and support Talent Acquisition projects and employer branding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search experience; fast-paced in-house or agency experience is ideal.
• Hands-on sourcing experience engaging passive talent across functions and seniority levels.
• Confidence interviewing candidates and assessing technical capability and cultural fit.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities without compromising quality or candidate experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-minded.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system; Workable experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Passion for beauty and interest in the brand are a plus.
