Role overview

Recruitment delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews; assess candidates and present shortlisted candidates with recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, stakeholder feedback, and timely hiring decisions.
• Build candidate relationships and pipelines for current and future hiring.

Hiring operations

• Support offers and onboarding with the People & Culture team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and job requisitions in Workable ATS.
• Monitor recruitment progress and communicate pipeline activity and hiring timelines.
• Identify process and sourcing improvements and support talent acquisition projects and employer branding.

Candidate requirements

• At least 5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search experience; fast-paced in-house or agency experience is ideal.
• Strong sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive talent across functions and seniority levels.
• Interviewing and assessment skills, with ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS; Workable experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; interest in beauty and Huda Beauty is a plus.
