Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Negotiate offers and follow up until joining
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
