Cybersecurity Recruiter
for our internal team based in
UAE.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top cybersecurity talent across a variety of technical and leadership roles.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within cybersecurity, IT, or technology sectors and a strong understanding of security-related positions, certifications, and hiring trends

Note: UAE experience of at least 1-2 years in a client facing role is MUST for us.
We are not looking for HR/onboarding experience as the role sits in the capacity of HARDCORE Technology recruiter who will work in high-end tech mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the recruitment pipeline and being the primary point of contact for your candidates
- Scoping new roles and developing interview loops in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates looking for permanent and direct-hire opportunities.
- Evaluating and interfacing with external recruiting organizations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand cybersecurity staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for cybersecurity positions including:
- Security Analysts, SOC Analysts, Penetration Testers, Security Engineers, Cloud Security Specialists, GRC Professionals, Incident Responders &CISO-level leadership roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
- Assess candidates’ technical qualifications, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, certifications, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract high-quality cybersecurity professionals.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2–5+ years of recruiting experience in cybersecurity, IT, or technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and industry certifications.
Experience
sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
recruiting for SOC, cloud security, threat intelligence, or compliance roles.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
Knowledge of certifications including:
Experience
using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
