We are looking for a professional, energetic, and target-driven Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing HR team.
If you have a passion for talent acquisition and proven experience in hiring real estate agents in Dubai, this role is for you!
• Real Estate Recruiter
- Minimum 2 years in Dubai Real Estate recruitment (MANDATORY)
- Fluent English; Chinese or Russian speakers highly preferred
- Full-time, on-site 9:30 am to 7pm
- 6 days a week
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Provided by the company
- Attractive package starting from AED 8,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire high-performing real estate agents
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with management
- Meet monthly hiring KPIs and deadlines
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent

- Proven track record in agent hiring
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
- Established network within real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Results-oriented and highly organized professional
