Requirements
- 3+ years of real estate hiring experience in Dubai
- Experience hiring commission-based agents
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
