- Vous êtes proactif/ve et force de propositions, débrouillard(e) et polyvalent(e), dynamique, réactif(ve) et loyal(e).
- Vous avez un sens aigu de la confidentialité ainsi que le sens du détail et de la rigueur.
- Vous êtes pourvu(e) d’un talent relationnel et commercial et avez une réelle aisance téléphonique.
- Parfaite maîtrise du Français.
- Anglais.
Missions
- :
- Recherche, sélection et positionnement de candidats (médecins de toutes spécialités médicales et chirurgicales) sur les différentes demandes des clients (missions temporaires et emplois permanents)
- Recrutement, Matching, Rapprochements de profils
- Animation du vivier de talents
- Fidélisation et développement du portefeuille clients & candidats
- Suivi de l’avancement des recherches jusqu’à aboutissement
- Assurer le suivi des missions avant, pendant et après chaque mission
- Être force de proposition en recherchant des missions lorsque l’offre existante ne correspond pas aux desiderata des candidats
- Identifier et contacter de nouveaux clients potentiels
- Approcher clients & prospects en proposant des profils anonymisés de candidats
- **Ce poste nécessite une parfaite maîtrise du Français**
