Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Recruiter based in Abu Dhabi.
The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent aligned with the company's needs.
Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job openings across platforms, coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
The Recruiter will also play a crucial role in improving recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Real Estate talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR tools
- Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
