Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter for a, full-time position located in the United Arab Emirates.
The Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates for various roles across industries such as construction, oil and gas, hospitality, and more.
Responsibilities
include collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs, creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients for candidate selection, and maintaining ongoing communication with both clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless hiring process and contribute to achieving the organization’s recruitment objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing, and candidate assessment methods.
- Experience with creating job descriptions and coordinating interviews effectively.
- Proficiency in building and managing candidate networks for various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and candidates.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in overseas or bulk hiring, is highly desirable.
