RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGER

Niche RMS Manager

The employee will have the responsibility of

• · Being the liaison between department, host agency Program Manager, and RMS Solution Specialist, to assist in the implementation of program changes, updates, corrections, and other system fixes
• · Conducting proactive monitoring and highlight corrective actions required to ensure the continued efficient operation of NicheRMS
• · Ensuring access/access levels are maintained and regularly audited
• · Recommending and performing application tailoring
• · Creating and maintaining tools and scripts needed to automate administration tasks
• · Performing troubleshoots and diagnoses to resolve network and system problems
• · Providing detailed analysis and feedback to management on RMS issues
• · Providing helpdesk for the NicheRMS system
• · Conducts training of new and incumbent employees

Education and Experience

Special Requirements

• · Must have a valid Texas driver’s license by date of hire
• · Must pass a thorough background investigation
