Ensure prompt and accurate daily delivery of comprehensive portfolio status updates to clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily deadlines for reviewing and updating reporting data.
- Investigate and act on issues in the reconciliation system, seeking support when needed.
- Maintain relationships with data providers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to product teams on internal projects when requested.
- Use internal tools and processes competently.
- Apply financial concepts to reconciliation errors.
- Submit inquiries and provide timely updates on relevant issues to internal and external parties.
Required Skills
- Understand investment, financial, accounting concepts, and standard security types.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Finance or accounting experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS is advantageous.
- Securities or financial markets experience is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and VBA are preferred.
Education and Experience
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field.
- Have at least 1 year of applicable reconciliation, accounting, or finance experience.
