Receptionist (UAE National)
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist (UAE National) to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist HR and other departments with administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) with valid Family Book (mandatory) ()
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
