Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for Domus Flower. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure smooth communication between clients, staff, and management.
This role is key in creating a positive and professional first impression for our clients, partners, and business visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently
· Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
· Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
· Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and deliveries
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
· Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics, floristry) as required
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
· Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
· Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer service role (B2B experience is a plus).
· Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
· Tidy, organized, and professional personality.
· Friendly and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize daily tasks.
· Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment (telephone, printer, scanner).
Working Schedule:
· Working Days: Monday to Thursday
· Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
· Lunch Break: 1 hour
· Off Days: Saturday, and Sunday
