Receptionist and Social Media Executive for a music institute in Dubai.
The role combines inquiry handling, trial-class scheduling, enrollment follow-up, reception duties and social media support.
Responsibilities
- Manage prospective-client inquiries, make calls and schedule trial classes.
- Follow up with parents and students to convert inquiries into enrollments; conduct cold calls to generate leads and promote programs.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and walk-in inquiries; maintain inquiry, trial-class and enrollment records in MS Excel.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts, create promotional content using Canva, reply to messages and comments, and schedule content.
- Coordinate appointments with teachers and instructors and provide information about courses, fees and schedules.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong MS Excel and record-management knowledge; good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and social media management.
- Basic to good Canva knowledge for promotional content creation.
- Confidence with calls, cold calling and customer follow-ups.
- Good organization, multitasking and time management skills; positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in reception, sales, admissions or social media management is an advantage.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Wednesday is the weekly day off.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
