XTL MARINE LLC seeks an IT Support / System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain company infrastructure, and support employees.
Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, including accounts, permissions, and access.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network connectivity; support routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Perform server backups, recovery, monitoring, and maintenance; support Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues; install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Maintain antivirus protection, basic cybersecurity measures, and IT asset records and inventory.
- Provide on-site and remote employee technical support and keep systems secure, stable, and operational.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook; strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
Compensation
- The description lists pay of AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
