Maintain company IT infrastructure, support employees with technical issues, and help ensure reliable and secure operation of IT systems.
The role combines daily user support with hands-on server and network infrastructure administration.
Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and access.
- Manage DNS/DHCP and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Maintain servers, backups, recovery, monitoring, and IT systems and equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, hardware, software, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Handle antivirus and basic cybersecurity tasks and manage IT assets.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems; provide remote and on-site technical support.
Requirements
- Proven IT Support or IT Administration experience.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, routers, and firewalls.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to support users.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant IT qualification or certification is an advantage.
Working hours
- Working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Work location
- Work location is Al Barsha, Dubai.
- Work is in person.
