About This Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Take and relay messages accurately and promptly
  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Provide accurate information to patients and handle inquiries (in person and over the phone)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
  • Direct patients to the appropriate departments or service areas
  • Open and maintain electronic medical records, ensuring all required patient information is completed
  • Obtain and file patient consent forms as required
  • Handle administrative requests such as ID processing, supplies coordination, and other assigned tasks
  • Prepare and submit incident reports when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare information and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ADHICS)
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical record systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a clinic or hospital environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient handling procedure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
