About This Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to welcome our visitors and support front desk operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
- Follow up on daily appointments and remind departments of visitors
- Enhance visitor experience by providing prompt support
Requirements Requirements:
- previous experience in a similar role
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Good level of English
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good level of English
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressur
